Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Freezer Selector – Hawaii (Oahu) to join our warehouse team. You will load, pick, and prepare orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focusing on accuracy and safety across freezer, cooler, and dry zones.

The role requires operating forklifts (certifications as needed), collaborating with associates, and using RF scanners and headset systems to track orders. Weekend and night shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Select, pick, and pack orders accurately using Vo Collect headset.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per standards.
• Assist with staging, inventory checks, and cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment following safety protocols.
