Chatham University seeks an OAAR Student Assistant to serve as a front desk attendant and administrative helper to staff.

The OAAR assistant greets visitors, assists with appointment scheduling, helps administer OAAR testing services, and communicates with faculty and students while performing additional duties as needed.

Job description

The OAAR Student Assistant position is an undergraduate student to serve as a front desk attendant and administrative assistant to staff.

OAAR assistants greet visitors and assist them with appointment scheduling, help administer OAAR testing services, communicate with faculty and students, and perform additional tasks as needed.

This is a position for the 26-27 academic year.

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year. Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
