Job summary

Galderma in Boston is seeking a Customer Operations Business Lead, O2C to govern order-to-cash for Therapeutic Dermatology and Injectable Aesthetics, coordinating outsourced providers and ensuring service levels and customer experience. You will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality, lead KPI reviews, drive continuous improvements, and manage escalations across the o2c network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
5+ years in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or O2C operations.
Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, or regulated healthcare environments.
Experience overseeing outsourced service providers including SLA and KPI management.
Strong knowledge of O2C processes from onboarding to invoicing and issue resolution.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and EDI transactions.

Responsibilities

Own outsourced O2C operational performance for Therapeutic Dermatology.
Monitor O2C execution against service levels and SOPs.
Lead governance routines, reviews, and performance discussions.
Drive corrective actions with outsourced providers and internal stakeholders.
Provide oversight for Injectable Aesthetics O2C operations and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance and risk management across O2C processes.
