Qualifications

• Master of Science in prosthetic and/or orthotic program completion required.
• Background check and drug screening as part of the process.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality orthotics and professional services to patients.
• Assist in fabrication as needed to assure quality, fit, and timely delivery.
• Perform fitting, including static and dynamic alignments.
• Instruct patients in use of device.
• Provide post-delivery service and adjustments for assigned patients.
• Maintain patient charts and records of care and service daily.
• Identify process improvements to promote efficiency and productivity.
• May mentor less experienced staff or residents.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.
