Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician I/II for a power plant environment. The role covers start/stop, monitoring equipment, recording logs and performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks with focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, related technical education, and 5–10+ years of plant operation experience, with a preference for CEMS/DAHS familiarity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or military service or equivalent.
• Preferred AA degree or two-year college certification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation.
• Experience in CEMS maintenance and DAHS is a plus.
• Journey-level: ~5 years related plant operator experience; Senior level: 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start/stop and monitor equipment; record operating data.
• Perform maintenance tasks including diagnosis, repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assist in development of procedures, training modules and plant safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
