Minnesota Power, an ALLETE company, is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead weekly, daily and after-hours activities for a generating unit in Aurora, MN. You will coordinate plant resources to meet customer needs while maximizing efficiency and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
A high school diploma is required, with 6+ years of related experience and a Minnesota Chief Grade “A” Stationary Engineer License.
