Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a hands-on O&M Manager to lead daily operations at our power plant in the United States.

You will supervise Team Leads and operators, ensure safe, reliable operation of all plant equipment, and serve as the key link between the floor and the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with 3–5+ years in power generation operations and maintenance, and a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in power generation operations and maintenance, with combustion turbines experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for safety of all personnel at the power plant and efficient operation of equipment.
• Supervise Team Leads and operators and instruct them in duties and O&M procedures.
• Ensure safe operation of power generation equipment and keep Director of Operations informed of status changes.
• Maintain LOTO logs and enforce safety policies to prevent non-compliance and hazards.
• Draft and review SOPs, TSOs, TPAs, and plant policies with input from frontline staff.
• Coordinate with Maintenance planners to plan upkeep actions and verify documentation.
