Job summary

Motive Energy is seeking an O&M Performance Coordinator to monitor multiple portal platforms such as PowerTrack, SolarEdge, and SMA to identify faults triggering production loss across the O&M portfolio. You will initiate customer-facing quotes, schedule technicians after quotes are approved, and work with field staff to request RMAs and troubleshoot remotely.

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial & industrial solar background, excels at diagnosing faults remotely, and is keen to explore

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial & industrial solar with hands-on exposure to O&M operations.
Advanced understanding of monitoring portals, including PowerTrack, SolarEdge, and SMA.
Strong remote troubleshooting, highly detail-oriented, and able to manage many cases.

Responsibilities

Monitor multiple portal platforms daily to identify faults and alarms that trigger production loss for O&M customers.
Diagnose root cause of issues and escalate to field technicians as needed.
Initiate and prepare quotes for customers, coordinating pricing and scope with the Service Manager.
Schedule technicians to visit sites once quotes are approved.
Partner with field technicians to request RMAs and troubleshoot remotely.
Track open cases, quotes, and RMAs to closure with timely follow-up.
Identify and initiate T&M opportunities based on monitoring findings.
Alert customers to potential or developing production failures.
Explore and apply AI tools to build agents or workflows that expedite monitoring reports and client notifications.
Maintain detailed records of site performance and communications across the portfolio.
