Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the power generation industry.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safe, efficient O&M practices for the facility.
• Lead Operations and Maintenance Technicians and a Plant Administrator.
• Manage budgets, safety, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and documentation for plant equipment.
