Job summary

Invenergy LLC, North America's largest privately held developer, owner and operator of power infrastructure, seeks an experienced operations leader to guide O&M and capital planning for a major project. You will drive safety, compliance with FERC/NERC, budget management, and team development across plant personnel and contractors.

The role offers a base pay range of $150,000 to $190,000 USD plus an annual bonus of 10%–40%, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to shape the energy future

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power generation operations and maintenance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an atmosphere of involvement, trust, and motivation among staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, business practices, and power sale agreements.
• Develop annual O&M and capital budgets and manage expenditures.
• Oversee safety and emergency preparedness and related training.
• Coordinate with contractors and plant personnel for testing, maintenance, and documentation.
• Lead and provide career development opportunities for personnel.
