Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is seeking a Category Manager for Operations and Maintenance in Houston, TX. Lead end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier management across O&M categories to ensure cost efficiency and reliable service.

You will develop category strategies, oversee bids and negotiations, and drive contractor performance with strong safety and compliance focus. Competitive package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 8–12 years in procurement or category management in oil and gas or utilities.
• Experience with pipeline O&M services and contractor safety programs.
• Familiarity with PHMSA regulations and asset maintenance contracting.

Responsabilidades

• Own O&M spend categories with cost performance and service reliability.
• Develop multi-year category strategies for pipeline integrity, cathodic protection, and field services.
• Manage supplier prequalification, RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor contractor performance via KPIs and safety metrics.
• Collaborate with operations and legal, insurance, treasury on contracts.
