Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking an Area Supervisor/Area Manager for the Pineland, TX location. The role leads O&M personnel to ensure safe, reliable operation of compressor, storage, and pipeline facilities, with focus on DOT 192 compliance and regulatory adherence.

The candidate will oversee cross-functional coordination, budget management, and emergency response, while ensuring strong stakeholder communication and team safety as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ experience in natural gas compression and storage.
• Familiar with DOT 192 regulations and natural gas pipeline operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of assets.
• Manage and ensure safe movement of product in and out of the facility; serve as primary customer contact.
• Oversee maintenance, identify and report unsafe conditions, and support emergency response activities.
• Develop and manage operating budget; coordinate with cross-functional teams; supervise safety programs and training.
