A prominent NYC real estate law firm with 65 real estate attorneys is expanding its commercial leasing practice.

This is a priority hire driven by organic growth — not someone leaving.

The leasing group already includes several partners generating substantial business, and this hire would become the fifth attorney dedicated exclusively to commercial leasing, with additional attorneys throughout the firm handling leasing matters.

Who they're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience, predominantly in sophisticated commercial leasing
• Ability to independently draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial leases
• Senior Associate or Non-Equity Partner

Compensation:

Non-Equity Partner: $275K–$350K base + minimum 15% bonus, with additional discretionary compensation

Hybrid schedule — 3 days in office
