Senior Real Estate Attorney- New York City - starting at $300k + Bonus + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Real Estate attorney to join an elite Real Estate department in New York City, focusing on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

The team are looking to recruit an experienced Attorney with 7+ years of real estate experience, particular expertise in real estate leasing, purchase and sales, financings and/or joint ventures.

The team are known for their reliable approach, as well as being involved in high profile and cutting-edge transactions and dealing with some of the most sophisticated and well known clients in the New York and national real estate community.

The Candidate

• Commercial Real Estate transactional Attorney with between 7+ years experience
• Sophisticated experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Being comfortable working with large landlords on leasing matters
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York City
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
