Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead new store development from LOI to construction in our NYC office. You will manage project schedules, consultant teams, landlord coordination, permits, and cross-functional communications across internal departments and external vendors.

You will report to the Director of Project Development and coordinate with real estate, design, construction, and procurement to ensure timely project delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in food + beverage, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communication between Real Estate, Legal, Design, Construction, Operations, Marketing and external teams.
• Forecast schedules for ~25 projects and update critical dates in Site Folio.
• Lead landlord coordination, permits, and approvals from LOI through construction start.
• Direct architectural consultants, engineers and permit consultants; review and approve documents.
