Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, specialty trades, or commercial construction.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar estimating tools.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, millwork details, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for cabinetry, wood paneling, furniture, hardware, and finishes.
• Prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and potential change orders.
