Job summary

Elemental Architecture, a New York City–based, award-winning practice, seeks an Intermediate Architect/Architectural Designer to join our team, contributing from concept through construction administration with Principals and a collaborative studio.

Ideal candidates hold a professional degree in Architecture and 5–10 years of NYC experience, with advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, strong documentation, and the ability to manage project components across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• 5–10 years of relevant NYC architecture experience preferred.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills essential for design and documentation.
• Ability to lead design development and construction documentation sets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development through all project phases.
• Create architectural drawings, details, specs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Manage deliverables, schedules, and team coordination under supervision.
• Lead smaller projects or teams as appropriate to experience.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits.
