Job summary

Energy CX is seeking New York-based Account Executives to drive revenue growth by targeting the largest CRE firms and manufacturers nationwide. This remote-first role anchors a local NYC presence as we plan a new office by 2027.

You’ll identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals while leveraging uncapped commissions and competitive base salary. Expect a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (base salary will depend on experience).
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CRE firms and manufacturers to expand accounts.
• Proactively prospect via calls and emails to create new opportunities.
