This client-facing role collaborates with senior leadership to identify prospective clients, translate market intelligence into opportunities, and maintain CRM records while supporting outreach and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, investor relations, client relations, marketing, or financial services is preferred.
• Industry knowledge in financial services, real estate, investment management, or related professional services is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, research, analytical, organizational, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support client meetings, outreach, relationship management, and ongoing engagement with prospective and existing business partners.
• Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities while supporting targeted outreach and relationship development.
• Monitor industry and market activity to identify trends, prospective opportunities, and relevant business insights.
• Prepare presentations, client communications, marketing materials, and other resources that support business development initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, events, and networking activities while coordinating follow-up and relationship-building efforts.
• Maintain CRM records, track relationships and opportunities, and monitor business development pipeline activity.
