Job summary

HDR is seeking an Area Construction Field Services Lead in New York City to oversee the growth, management, and delivery of Construction Field Services within the region. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive client relationships, and ensure projects meet HDR quality standards while mentoring high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in construction management/CEI.
• Experience leading large infrastructure programs and building client relationships.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly desired; CCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for Construction Field Services in the NYC region.
• Drive business development, grow client relationships, and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Oversee project delivery, safety, profitability, and HDR quality standards.
• Mentor and develop field professionals, manage staffing and resources.
