As a Service Desk Department Manager, you are an effective problem solver and oversee the communication hub of the store. You manage a variety of key services that support associates and make a lasting impression on customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a service desk associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and Von Maur store services
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs
• Monitors and supports store online order and pick up in store services
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this Victor, New York based position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state specific laws.
