H&H is seeking an experienced leader to serve as NY Roadway & Civil Department Manager in our New York Transportation Practice. You will lead three groups and drive strategic growth, strengthening relationships with NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and other major clients while building a high-performing technical team.

This senior role emphasizes expanding opportunities, guiding business development, and delivering technical excellence across disciplines.

Formación

• BSCE with NY PE or ability to obtain licensure within defined timeframe.
• 15+ years in roadway/highway/traffic or civil design with leadership experience.
• Proven track record with transportation agencies in NY and leading pursuits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead three groups within NY Roadway & Civil Department and drive strategic growth.
• Develop and sustain relationships with major NY public-sector clients.
• Identify target pursuits and guide proposals from positioning to interview.
• Oversee projects as a technical resource and establish best-practice approaches.
• Hire, mentor, and grow the department's capabilities and capacity.
• Represent H&H in the NY transportation market and industry groups.
