Candidates should possess strong technical leadership, be familiar with roadway design standards and tools like MicroStation and AutoCAD, and have a proven ability to manage teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the engineering field.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, and NY/NJ local standards.
• Experience leading teams or managing staff.
