Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
• New York PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and highway engineering projects from pursuit through delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and technical execution.
• Lead and contribute to business development efforts, including client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide technical leadership on roadway and transportation design projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior/mid-level staff.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with public-sector transportation clients and stakeholders.
• Help expand the firm’s presence across New York transportation markets.
