Job summary

You will spend 100% of your time in the field, traveling between stores and supporting leadership development, client engagement, and market growth. The role demands evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving business performance while developing high-performing teams.
• Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Experience building talent pipelines through recruiting, networking and internal development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leader and culture carrier for Jenni Kayne stores across the NY metropolitan area.
• Maintain a 100% field-based presence; travel between stores as required by business priorities.
• Drive store performance by achieving sales goals while ensuring operational excellence.
• Develop store managers and teams, building succession plans and leadership bench.
• Partner with Store Managers to analyze trends and develop actionable strategies using KPIs and reporting.
• Coach from the sales floor to improve selling behaviors, client engagement, and store performance.
• Lead execution of company initiatives, product launches, and training across the market.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand standards and visuals.
