The candidate will handle high-stakes confidential matters, advise on terminations, leaves of absence, and policy development, and collaborate with colleagues across a top AmLaw 50 firm.

The role requires a JD from a top-tier law school, active NY Bar, and 2 years of substantive management-side employment litigation experience.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active New York Bar admission in good standing.
• 2 years of substantive management-side employment litigation experience.

Responsabilités

• Represent employers in complex employment disputes, including trade secrets and non-compete matters.
• Advise technology and life sciences clients on terminations, leaves of absence, and workforce reductions.
• Provide day-to-day counseling to fast-growing companies on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from start to finish in collaboration with cross-practice teams.
• Offer guidance on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A.
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on risk management strategies.
