The ideal candidate can independently lead projects through the full lifecycle, with strong experience in commercial fit-outs or tenant improvements within New York.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong fit-out or tenant improvement experience in New York.
• Owner’s representative or project management consultancy background preferred.
• Confident managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and risk.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to progress as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through to closeout.
• Support senior leadership while taking ownership of day-to-day project delivery.
• Act as a key client contact, providing clear reporting and project updates.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, change control and project performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords and client stakeholders.
• Support tendering, contractor appointments, negotiations and contract administration.
• Identify potential issues and develop practical solutions to keep projects progressing.
