Role Details

You will report to one of our Lead Physicians.

This role entails at least three days per week seeing members in‑person at our NY Center based in Flatiron, Manhattan.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional medicine visits virtually and/or in‑person
• Use advanced testing to uncover root causes of chronic illness
• Partner with health coaches and care teams to drive outcomes
• Build deep relationships with your patients over time
• Document care in a proprietary, user‑friendly EMR

• Board‑certified MD, DO, NP, or PA with active state licensure in NY or CA
• At least 3 years of post‑residency clinical experience (functional medicine training a plus)
• Passion for lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and long‑term patient relationships

Salary

The salary for this role is targeted between $200,000 and $300,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo‑neutral approach to compensation within the U.S., meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
