Job summary

URBN is seeking a Warehouse Training Specialist in Levittown, PA to train and develop hourly employees from onboarding onward. You will partner with operational leaders to identify training needs and drive improvements in quality and performance.

Responsibilities include delivering training, conducting orientations, ensuring SOP compliance, and reporting on training outcomes. Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse tech is preferred; 6 AM–2:30 PM shift; Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED a plus.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Possess time management and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker).
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a team environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to keep confidential information private.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Role Summary

Shift: Monday - Friday; 6 AM - 2:30 PM

A Trainer is an expert in all aspects of warehouse operations. Their main responsibility is to train and develop all hourly employees, both at the beginning and on an ongoing basis. They work closely with operational leaders to identify areas where training can improve the quality of work and performance of all employees. Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
