URBN’s Nuuly location in Levittown, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead advanced troubleshooting, system ownership, and reliability improvements across automated equipment. The role includes mentoring technicians and supporting automation systems.

You will diagnose complex electrical/control issues, coordinate with OEMs, and participate in preventive maintenance and capital projects, with a Sunday-Wednesday shift (3:30 pm–5:30 am).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in automated environments.
• Strong experience with PLCs, servo systems, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead complex troubleshooting and maintenance efforts, including CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automation systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks.
• Serve as technical owner for key systems, including advanced faults and integration issues.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and system documentation.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for advanced support.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS.
• Support equipment upgrades, trials, and capital projects.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians I & II

Role Summary

The Maintenance Technician III is a senior-level technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system ownership, and reliability improvement of automated equipment. This role serves as a technical expert, leading complex diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and supporting automation systems.

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday; 3:30 pm - 5:30 am

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging)
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
• Serve as technical owner for key systems, including advanced faults, timing, and integration issues
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and system documentation
• Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for advanced support
• Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS
• Support equipment upgrades, trials, and capital projects
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians I & II

Role Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
