URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) in Raymore, MO—USA is seeking a Clerk to support the Leadership Team with daily department operations and productivity monitoring. You will adjust processes to meet SLAs and ensure clear directions across teams.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to follow instructions, and reliable attendance. You will handle department tasks, coordinate with staff, and assist customers and management as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Role Summary

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes , and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position ( i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
