Qualifications

• Certification as Dietary Manager or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase food and non-food supplies; maintain vendor relationships.
• Instruct staff in batch cooking and adjust production after peak meals.
• Maintain recipes and ensure food production follows approved recipes.
• Coordinate menu for banquets and catered events with leadership.
• Ensure storage and handling meet regulatory standards.
