The University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a Teaching Assistant Professor in Nutrition within CABNR. This full-time position emphasizes 90% teaching and 10% service, with responsibilities spanning undergraduate and graduate courses and mentoring graduate TAs.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in nutrition or a closely related field and a strong teaching record; preferred experience includes course development and online/distance learning.

• Ph.D. in nutrition or a closely related field.
• A strong track record of effective teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver high-quality, in-person and online instruction in Nutrition at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Mentor and evaluate departmental graduate teaching assistants.
• Mentor and supervise graduate students, and/or serve on graduate committees.
• Contribute to a vibrant and inclusive academic community through collegiality, cooperation, and collaboration.
