Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned doctoral degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics (preferred) or related field from an accredited university by start date.
• Strong record of quality teaching at the collegiate level (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to teach both face-to-face and online modalities.
• Previous work experience (5+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach a 4/4 load during fall and spring semesters across undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Engage in service, administration, and scholarship.
• Supervise and mentor dietetic interns and connect classroom learning to practice.
