Apploi is seeking a Dietary Manager to partner with the Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Dietary Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards while delivering quality nutritional services daily.

You will oversee staffing, supplies, equipment, and documentation, maintain a clean and safe department, and participate in leadership training and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Food Service Sanitation Manager is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Dietary Department in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, equipment, and documentation meet policies and procedures.
