Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have TASN Certificate (or actively pursuing)
• Strong organization skills to prioritize daily tasks
• Strong math skills for currency calculations
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Physical ability to perform duties (lift up to 60 lbs., movement required)

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of the management team.
• Meet with manager to complete training assignments.
• Learn all essential manager functions.
• Act as manager at least once per week.
• Attend meetings and inservices in the Food Service Department.
