Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes is seeking a part-time cook for the 3119820 Nutrition Services department. You will prepare and cook meals according to dietary recipes, perform baking and basic food prep, and ensure clean, sanitary service areas.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in kitchen preparation and cooking, including quantity food cooking or experience working in an institutional food services department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary recipes and guidelines.

• Clean and stock food service areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Care for and maintain institutional food service equipment.
