Job summary

Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes is seeking a part-time cook for the 3119820 Nutrition Services department. You will prepare and cook meals according to dietary recipes, perform baking and basic food prep, and ensure clean, sanitary service areas.

This position provides high quality, appealing, and nutritious foods to customers through large‑scale and small‑scale cooking, baking, basic food preparation, general cleaning, and stocking of food service areas. Properly uses and cares for institutional food service equipment, strictly adheres to infection control guidelines during food handling to prevent contamination, and carefully follows dietary recipes, guidelines, and departmental policies.
