Essentia Health seeks a full-time cook for the Nutrition Services department at St Marys Medical Center. You will prepare and cook food to meet patient, staff, and visitor nutritional needs, follow standardized recipes, and help develop menu items.

The role involves determining quantities, ordering supplies, and coordinating daily/weekly prep while adhering to health policies. Shift rotations include day/evening, with weekend coverage and union affiliation noted.

Formación

• Prior cook experience preferred.
• No educational requirements.
• No certification/licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook quality food for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Determine amounts of foods needed and prepare grocery lists.
• Fill supply needs and organize preparation on daily and weekly basis.
• Follow standardized recipes and assist in their development.
• Calculate daily production needs and order appropriately to meet meal service demands.
• Adhere to Department policies and health regulations.
