Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; High school diploma required.
• Experience in healthcare or food service preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare call center or diet office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update patient menus reflecting changes in diet orders, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain stock of patient menus and office supplies.
• Data entry and computer tasks while taking patient menu selections and addressing inquiries.
• Apply knowledge of regular and therapeutic diets to menu planning.
• Communicate dietary consults and other critical information to the Nutrition Services Team.
