Job summary

Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, WY is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation, service, and cafeteria operations. You will portion salads, desserts, and drinks for patients and patrons, service meals, and help maintain a clean and inviting dining area in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of food handling and customer service experience; healthcare experience is preferred.

• Check out purchases and maintain the cash register.
• Other duties as assigned.

Base salary starts at $15.73/hr.

• Assists in the preparation of meals for patients and cafeteria patrons by portioning of salads, juices, desserts, assembling cold plates and setting up and cleaning up all special functions

• Checks out purchases and maintains the cash register.

E X P E R I E N C E

• At least one (1) year food handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
