Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network in Frisco, TX is seeking a Nutrition Services Aide to assist in delivering patient meals and related services.

You may prepare and serve food items, set tables and trays, and maintain dining areas and equipment while ensuring sanitation and safety. A current state Food Handler Certificate is required; prior food service experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have current state Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and quality standards.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, tableware, and utensils.
• Prepare dining room tables and patient room trays with proper tableware and condiments.
• Assist in food preparation tasks and portioning servings.
• Deliver nourishment and supplements identified with patient labels.
• Maintain daily care of dishwashing areas and related equipment.
• Identify and correct safety hazards.
