Job summary

Manteca Unified School District is seeking a dependable food service helper to assist in the school cafeteria. You will help prepare and serve meals, and keep all kitchen equipment and work areas clean during the shift from 7:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Monday through Friday. TB clearance and fingerprinting are required at employee cost if hired. Preference will be given to internal candidates; applications will be accepted until the closing date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent.
• Desirable completion of a food safety certification program.
• Desirable experience in a school nutrition program or in the food service industry.
• Pre-employment requirements include TB clearance and fingerprinting.
