Fairview Health Services is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and portion meals, assemble and disassemble patient trays, and serve customers in a hospital cafeteria setting. You will also deliver and retrieve patient trays while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires clear English communication and basic math skills, with preference for a High School Diploma or GED.Weekday and weekend shifts are part of the schedule in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food safely following SOPs (HACCP).
• Sanitizes equipment and work area as scheduled.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils.
• Serves customers in cafeterias and other non-patient locations.
• Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences.

• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operation procedures.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Serves customers in cafeterias, doctors dining rooms and other non-patient locations.
• Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language. Basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or
• GED

Week 1:

Monday: 6:45AM-3:15PM

Saturday: 6:45AM-3:15PM

Sunday: 6:45AM-3:15PM

Week 2:

Monday: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Friday: 6:45AM-3:15PM
