Qualifications

CRT-Accredited Food Handler certification within 90 days.

CRT-Accredited Food Protection Manager (CFP) certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present a variety of food items across retail stations (salad bar, deli, dessert, hot entrees).
Portion, package, label, and date products per safety standards.
Deliver customer service while processing transactions (cash, credit, badge system).
Accurately manage cash handling, balancing and closing tills.
Prepare made-to-order items like deli sandwiches with speed and quality.
Oversee breakfast beverage stations (brewing coffee, espresso, cleaning equipment).
