Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a QA Analyst to safeguard grant compliance and strengthen program quality across ANS initiatives. You will train staff on data systems, review documentation, and coordinate financial management of grant funds while ensuring alignment with funder requirements.

The role emphasizes Trauma-Informed Care, program evaluation, and continuous improvement in service delivery for VOAC communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, education, human services, social work, or closely related field.
Two years’ experience in human service-related field with knowledge of relevant service systems.
Demonstrable expertise in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Serve Tracker, SUDS and other funder reporting software.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct strategic reviews to verify grant requirements across ANS programs.
Evaluate program processes, data, and documentation; identify errors and risks early.
Monitor outcomes and compliance indicators; notify leadership of non-compliance and risks.
Conduct regular monitoring visits to assess compliance and document findings with actionable recommendations.
Update forms, procedures, and guidance when funder requirements or workflows change.
Train staff on data collection protocols, system use, and corrective-action expectations.
