Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Data Monitoring Coordinator to support grant, contract, and program data practices. You will monitor data quality, generate reports, and coordinate with the CQI team to ensure compliance with funder requirements and internal standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of data review or QA experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management or related field.
• 2 years of experience in data review, quality assurance, or admin support.
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data entries and program reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate customized reports to support supervision and program management.
• Coordinate data practices with CQI team to meet funder requirements.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies with program staff.
• Maintain documentation of data review processes and corrective actions.
• Provide training on data quality best practices to staff.
