Job summary

Senior Friendship Centers is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Nutrition Program across Lee County. The role supervises dining sites and Home Delivered Meals, ensuring nutritious meals and excellent service for older adults.

You will oversee staff, coordinate multi-site operations, and guarantee regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and compassionate, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or commensurate experience in social services or related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Travel within the county may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nutrition department staff and volunteers; provide coaching and scheduling.
• Oversee meal ordering, portioning, packaging, and delivery; manage routes.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements; compile weekly reports.
• Maintain complete client files and assessments for nutrition clients.
• Participate in outreach, fundraising, and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate with nutrition consultant and providers for service delivery.
