Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to oversee meal service and patient diet orders in hospital and long-term care settings. You will supervise Patient Services Workers, ensure timely nourishment delivery, and liaise with the Food and Nutrition Services and Nursing teams.

You will lead training, support staff, manage inventory and sanitation, and help ensure patients' nutrition care needs are met in collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Patient Services Supervisor required.
• Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual abilities preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Patient Services Workers during meal service.
• Delivers nourishments and/or snacks to patients as ordered by physician/dietitian.
• Visits patients to introduce the services of the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Communicate all patient food needs to the appropriate area of the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Maintains and adheres to sanitation standards by following schedules.
