• We are hiring immediately for a full-time NUTRITION OPERATOR position.
• Location: Memorial Hermann Centralized Call Center - 7500 Beechnut Street, Houston, TX 77074. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts. Days and hours may vary, including rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service or healthcare call center experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.94 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for securing patient meal selections and special requests via telephone or face-to-face interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow proper etiquette and procedures with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
• Offer menu alternatives considering prescribed diets, allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, resolve concerns, or escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and collaborate with nursing to meet patients' food needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies.
• Follow health, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete reports timely as per policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
